Refund Policy





Houlo offers a free trial version for each of its software products, so customers can test-drive before purchase. Before you purchase the full versions of Houlo software products, please download the software to test whether it is compatible with your computer systems and meets your needs. Once the order is done, refunds will be approved only under the accepted circumstances. We accept refund requests only within 7 days after key activation. If you encounter a constant problem, please contact support@houlo.com within this timeframe.

Acceptable Refund Cases

(1) If you stably encounter an error within 7 days after key activation which is preventing you from using Houlo software products properly, and if we are not able to correct the error within an acceptable period of time or are unable to suggest a temporary solution. In such circumstances, refund is provided only if you provide us detailed information about the issue, such as screenshots of the error, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, and any other information requested by our support team.

(2) If you accidentally paid for the same software product more than once in 30 days.



Non-Refundable Cases

(1) When the customer requests a refund later than 7 days after key activation, except duplicate payments.

(2) When you change your mind about using the software without providing a valid reason for your decision.

(3) When the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide.

(4) When the customer refuses to follow troubleshooting advice provided by Houlo support team.

(5) Request a refund due to a software issue which was already fixed in an upgrade but that the customer did not update their software.
